I Think it actually does have something to do with coding. Its sort of hard to make a Icon bigger then the square we use to make them small ones. Though i think we have to paste like small parts of the icon on one place then put the other half of it next to it but its only suppose to be one square . If you guys dont know what im saying you can ask Mario, and Maybe Kirby . But for me i really dont know how to explain its better off showing you what im saying but sadly i cant .
